Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of convertthemall.com (“the service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The Service
The service lets you convert images and PDF files from one format to another. Conversion runs in your web browser on your own device; your files are not uploaded to us. The free service requires no account.
Your Content
- You keep all rights to the files you convert. We don’t receive them and claim no rights over them.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, copy and convert the files you process.
- Keep your own copies of your original files. Converted results exist only in your browser until you download them.
Acceptable Use
Please don’t:
- use the service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
- copy or republish the website’s own text, design or branding as your own.
No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. We work hard to make conversions accurate, but we don’t guarantee that every file will convert, that results will be free of errors, or that the service will always be available. Results can depend on your browser, device and the files themselves.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Open-Source Components
Parts of the service are open-source software used under their own licences, listed on the About page. Those licences take precedence for the components they cover.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
